EHOAW conducted several consultation meetings with current management staff and other managerial experts to gain knowledge on project planning and management, organizational policy, and strategic planning. This was helpful for our passionate female staff who are eager to take an active part in managerial work.
In August, we invited Prof. Azim Karbalyee, a well-known policy expert who worked in the administrative field at MoE during the republic period. He trained our management team, providing valuable insight into overall managerial and organizational work. This training session was productive for our management team.
Additionally, in the last three months, we organized several brainstorming meetings to accelerate the restoration and formation process of our management team. Our program is continued.
With this in mind, EHOAW will strive to ensure access to knowledge as a basis for fostering an understanding of the social, economic, political, and cultural demands of vulnerable women community.
Access to education, job, vocational training, financial sustainability for women both rural and urban areas will ensure the women health, education and well-being in the country.
