EHOAW conducted a series of vocational training courses for vulnerable women in the deprived districts on the outskirts of Kabul. The initiative aimed to empower women and enhance their skills by providing practical training opportunities.

Currently, 25 women have successfully completed the program, receiving comprehensive training in sewing and tailoring. As a result, they are now equipped to start their own businesses from home, ensuring a sustainable livelihood and financial independence.

The course lasted four month, with all trainees attending daily sessions. In addition to tailoring skills, participants also learned the basics of business management, marketing, public health, and family management.

At the end of the course, all participants received graduation certificates, tailoring tools, sewing machines, and the necessary materials to start their businesses.

This program is a significant step toward empowering women and creating economic opportunities within their communities.
